Data and collection methods
Enquiries and bookings may involve names, contact information, traveller and booking details, correspondence, necessary invoice/payment records and technical logs such as IP addresses. These may be obtained through forms, bookings, email, telephone and WhatsApp. Do not submit card photographs, passwords or medical documents through a general enquiry form. Identity documents should be requested only when needed for a specific service.
Purposes and legal grounds
Enquiry and booking information supports quotations, contract performance and related communication. Invoice records support legal obligations; technical logs support service protection and legitimate interests balanced against your rights. Processing is subject to the conditions of Turkish Law No. 6698. Activities requiring consent, including non-essential marketing, require separate, withdrawable consent. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Recipients and transfers
Necessary information may be shared with booking providers such as hotels, carriers, operators, payment or technical providers, and competent authorities when legally required. Google, WhatsApp and partner websites may apply separate policies. Transfers outside Türkiye are subject to applicable legal conditions and safeguards, with the required information supplied for the specific processing activity.
Retention and your rights
Records are retained for their necessary purpose, statutory duties and legal claims, then erased, destroyed or anonymised under applicable rules. Article 11 rights include enquiries about processing and recipients, correction, erasure where applicable, objections to adverse solely automated outcomes and compensation as provided by law.
