Protecting your account
Use a unique password and do not disclose passwords or verification codes. Sign out on shared devices. Enquiry staff do not need your account password or banking verification code. Report suspicious messages or attempted access promptly.
Booking and payment information
Share only information necessary for the service. Do not send full card numbers, CVV codes or card photographs by email, WhatsApp or enquiry forms. Use payment methods confirmed in your booking instructions and independently verify any change of beneficiary before transferring money. Keep your invoice and booking confirmation.
