Istanbul is an amazing city with its history, life, people, culture. However the Black Sea coast offers more interesting and spectacular moments. It is still waiting to be discovered. We start our tour early in the morning taking about 2 hours.
Northeast of Istanbul on the Anatolian side, we will arrive Sile, a small Black Sea fishing town situated on rocks. Known for its sandy beaches and famous open-weave cotton fabric, it is the perfect first stop for our tour. Once a port of call for ships sailing east from the Bosphorus, enjoy a stroll along the fishing harbor or relax with a tea at the hilltop cafe overlooking the Sile lighthouse.
Our second stop is Agva, situated between the Yesilcay and Goksu rivers. On the way to Agva we come across traditional Turkish villages like Kabakoz and Suaybli where time seems to have stood still. So near to Istanbul distance-wise, yet so far in their way of life. Upon arrival you will find peace in a boat ride down the Goksu river.
After we have break for lunch with local fish. Next we have some free time to relax along the Goksu river, or on one of Agvas sandy beaches. We will get lost in forest and cliffs, the fresh, blue green waters of the sea. On our return to Istanbul, we will stop for a cup of tea in a forest cafe and we will go on our route. Our tour ends with our arrival to our hotel.
