Requesting a quotation
Send your destination, dates, traveller numbers, children’s ages and requested services. Accommodation, transport and tickets remain subject to availability. Written quotations identify the itinerary, duration, inclusions, exclusions, language, meeting arrangements and service provider as relevant.
Confirmation
Check names and dates before accepting. An enquiry or an order screen alone is not proof of confirmation. Written confirmation must identify the services, price, payment arrangements and cancellation conditions. Later changes require a new confirmation.
Price and currency
Your quotation identifies currency, total amount, taxes and necessary charges. Any deposit, remaining balance and due dates must be stated in writing. Do not pay based only on an indicative listing or a zero price shown on a tour page.
Safe payment
Use only the method and beneficiary confirmed in your booking documents. Clarify differences or fees before paying and keep your receipt. Never disclose banking passwords, verification codes or confidential card details to enquiry staff.
Traveller requirements
Tell us early about children, accessibility or other special requirements. Acceptance depends on service availability and written confirmation. Services not identified as included should not be assumed to form part of the booking. Contact [email protected] for clarification.
